The short version

You Just Can't collects no data about you. None. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDK that reports anything anywhere. The app does not contact any server operated by us, and it works with no network connection at all.

What is stored, and where

On your device. Your progress — levels completed, attempts, coins, stars, unlocked characters, best runs, sound settings — is written to the app's own storage on your iPhone. It never leaves the device unless you turn on iCloud, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
In your own iCloud. If you are signed in to iCloud, the same progress is also saved to your private iCloud key-value storage so it follows you to your other devices. It lives in your Apple Account, is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and we cannot read it.
Game Center. If you use Game Center, your scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We receive no personal information from it. Game Center is optional; the game is fully playable without it.

What we never do

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or device identifiers.
We do not show ads and do not include any advertising or analytics framework.
We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build any profile of you.
We do not sell or share data with anyone, because we do not have any.

Purchases

The app is sold for a single price through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. To remove everything stored on your device, delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy, delete the app's data from iCloud in your device settings.

Changes and contact

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Questions: pyramids.bg@gmail.com.
